How does the service work for organisations?

Initially we clarify your requirements and agree how the service will be provided.  As part of the evaluation, we will propose one of our packages if this is suitable. Alternatively we will be happy to tailor something more individual to your needs.

The taking stock package:

This consists of a two hour client assessment (approximately) with a 45 minute feedback session and a written client report. The psychometric tests used are determined by your requirements. This package is ideal for recruitment decisions or for a snap shot of your staff’s development needs.

The getting started package:

This consists of a two hour client assessment (approximately) with a 60 minute feedback session and a written client report. In addition we also provide a spending review which will help the client identify the necessary changes they may need make to support their new goals. The psychometric tests to be used will be determined by your requirements. This package is aimed at staff who have development needs and financial issues or who are being made redundant.

The making it happen package:

This consists of the “getting started” package outlined above, plus an additional 5 hours of coaching and follow up from a soft skills and personal finance perspective.  This package is ideal when you want to ensure action follows the assessment.

Our bespoke packages:

We are happy to discuss your unique requirement with you, at your preferred location. We will then draft a written proposal setting out full details of services, delivery time scales and costs before you make any commitment to us or incur any costs.
