Our Experience

Quo Vadis Solutions was founded by senior management professionals with wide ranging complementary experience in a huge range of organisations from public, to semi state to private to charities. The current principal Carol Moore has worked on both sides of the recruitment process and has successfully changed careers several times. She understands the practical difficulties of making important decisions.

Carol commenced her Chartered Accountancy career in a medium sized Accountancy firm before moving to what is now Deloitte Touche. She then spent 14 years with Eircom in a wide range of assignments from responsibility for group statutory accounts, Human Resources to logistics, transport, and purchasing. During this time she managed groups of over 100 staff.

Carol was also responsible for planning and implementation of an innovative career development centre for redeployment of staff. This utilised psychometric testing and trained staff to develop their own career plans. Individual staff were then more able to purse the jobs they preferred both within and outside the Eircom.

Since leaving Eircom Carol has worked with blue chip clients such as the Revenue Commissioners, Health, Education, Telecommunications sectors and the private (for example NTL & Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland ) and Not For Profit (for example Barnardos) sectors. Carol has also lectured in E-commerce and acts as a mentor for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Enterprise Board, helping start up entrepreneurs.

She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland , with post graduate qualifications in social science and education. She has a Masters in Psychology, and is an accredited psychometric tester with the British Psychological Society. (Level A and B)
